UNC School of Medicine’s Neurodiagnostics and Sleep Science (NDSS) program hosted its sixth annual symposium, titled “Sleep Health and Wellbeing” on Monday, December 3, 2018.

Presentation topics included:

  • Your circadian rhythm and sleep
  • Sleep times across the lifespan
  • Practical methodology for in-home measurements of sleep quality
  • Global sleep – sleep patterns and practices across cultures
  • Behavior and performance outcomes related to sleep

The symposium was offered as a free continuing education course for UNC-CH NDSS students, faculty, UNC Health Care polysomnographic technologists, and other UNC health professionals.
