About
My research focuses on leveraging lifestyle medicine approaches to inform the development of clinical and behavioral interventions, with a primary emphasis on sleep assessment and sleep-based intervention strategies. I am particularly interested in the use of wearables and digital health technologies to objectively assess sleep and deliver scalable, patient-centered solutions for adults with rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases.
