The U.S. Department of Education requires us to advise our students and prospective students as to whether our program will provide them with eligibility to apply for professional licensure in each state in which they plan to practice. Our Physician Assistant curriculum is designed and implemented to meet the standards of our national accreditor, the ARC-PA, and the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), which administers the national certification exam, the PANCE. Based on currently available information, completion of our accredited program and a passing score on the PANCE meet the basic requirements for licensure in all 50 states. However, the licensure boards of individual states establish and enforce licensing requirements, and these requirements may change. We advise that you familiarize yourself with the requirements of the individual licensing jurisdictions in order to stay aware of any changes.
