Andrew Scott is in the final year of his MD/MBA dual degree program at UNC. He was first introduced to Quality Improvement while on his pediatric clinical rotation and worked to decrease wait times for patients during the height of the pandemic. This year his project is focused on decreasing door-to-antibiotic times for septic patients in the UNC and Hillsborough Emergency Departments.
