Anika Agarwal is a fourth-year medical student from Charlotte, NC who is pursuing Internal Medicine. She has previously worked to increase social determinants of health screening at the UNC Internal Medicine Clinic at Eastowne and she is particularly interested in using QI to address healthcare inequities. Anika is currently working with Dr. Claire West, Assistant Professor of Medicine and Medical Director of UNC Department of Medicine Clinic at Panther Creek to increase access to medication assisted therapy for individuals with opioid use disorder.
