Caroline Walton is a fourth-year medical student from Cincinnati, OH applying into Internal Medicine. She previously completed a quality improvement project focused on increasing colorectal cancer screening in self-pay African American patients at UNC Family Medicine Center. As a CLQS Scholar, Caroline is working with Dr. Tamara Godfrey with the Division of General Medicine to improve prostate cancer screening through an equity lens.
