Born and raised in Karachi, Pakistan, Maheen Rehman attended Dow Medical College in Karachi before moving to the United States in 2017. She finished her Pediatric Residency training at West Virginia University, Morgantown in 2023. She learned about quality improvement during her residency and decided to further pursue it in her fellowship. She’s currently a second year Pediatric Pulmonology fellow at the three-year program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Her current interests include improving screening techniques for high-risk patients with chronic lung diseases including cystic fibrosis and asthma.
