Dr. Will Stoudemire received his B.S. in Biology in 2006 from Davidson College in Davidson, NC. He earned his M.D. with Distinction in 2012 at the University of North Carolina, where he remained for his Pediatrics residency training. Following residency, he served as Pediatrics chief resident before completing his Pediatric Pulmonology fellowship training at UNC. Throughout residency, he worked on several quality improvement projects improving delivery of care for individuals with cystic fibrosis and asthma. He completed the IHQI Quality and Safety Fellowship in 2019 with a project aimed at reducing kidney injury from medications for hospitalized patients. Currently, Dr. Stoudemire is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at UNC, and is the medical director of the Home Ventilator Program and leads the Pediatric Cystic Fibrosis Quality Improvement team.
