Want to graduate medical school in 3 years instead of 4? The FIRST Program (Fully Integrated Readiness for Service Training) is a 3-year curriculum with direct progression into affiliated residency programs in family medicine, general surgery, psychiatry, and pediatric. This is followed by 3 years of service to the state of North Carolina
