Peer Support Advocates (PSA)

Hi everyone – my name is Ashley! I grew up in Ohio but went to NCSU for undergrad and have been in the area for about 7 years. I moved around a lot as a kid and having a good support network made the biggest difference in my life and I hope I can be the support that someone else needs. I am so excited to serve as a peer advocate for Cross College and can’t wait to help plan events and help out wherever I can!

Hi everyone! My name is Morgan. I am from Pikeville, NC and attended UNC for undergrad and graduated in 2021. A fun fact about me is that I was an au pair in Germany for a summer. As a peer advocate, I can’t wait to get to know each of my Williamson classmates better and help cultivate a sense of community!

Heyo! My name is Nicholas Kirby, and I am beyond excited to be one of the Simkins peer advocates this year. I have lived throughout NC, having grown up in New Bern, completed my undergraduate and Master of Science degrees at High Point University and East Carolina University, and worked for two years as a scribe in Raleigh. When I’m not studying I really enjoy being active, whether that is disc golf, volleyball, rock climbing, running, and baking (cookies are my specialty). I cannot wait to plan some events and learn more about my fellow Simkins members – feel free to reach out with any questions or if you just want to chat!

Hey y’all! My name is Connor. I was born and raised in Raleigh, NC and went to NCSU for undergrad. I graduated in 2023 and continued to work as an EMT in my gap years. In my free time, I love to do anything outdoors, playing video games, and trying new things (newest kick is swing dance). I’m so excited to meet you all and help guide everyone during the Foundation phase. Go Cefalo!
