Vinay C. Reddy, MD, MPH is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Family Medicine. He completed his undergraduate work at Vanderbilt University, masters in public health at Saint Louis University and medical school at Morehouse School of Medicine. He completed his Family Medicine residency at UNC- Chapel Hill. He is currently the Medical Director of the UNC Health Virtual Care Center and serves as a lead informatics physician at UNC Health. He currently sees patients at the UNC Family Medicine at Carraway Village clinic in north Chapel Hill.
His areas of interest include Family Medicine Primary Care, teaching residents and medical students, Chronic Disease Management, Opioid Use Disorder, Clinical Informatics, Telehealth, Population Health, and Quality Improvement. Outside of work, Dr. Reddy enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children, hiking, running, and playing ultimate frisbee.
