A native of Columbia, South Carolina, Dr. Rice is passionate about ensuring patients feel seen, understood, and empowered through comprehensive primary care. She is honored to assist aging patients and their families in achieving health goals, maintaining or improving quality of life, and weathering life’s transitions. Throughout her career in medicine, she hopes to address health disparities through prevention, advocacy, community partnerships, and mentoring the next generation of physicians who are underrepresented in medicine.

In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, live music, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
