About

Rachel Eliach is a Clinical Assistant Professor whose areas of Interest include Intersection of geriatrics and palliative care, polypharmacy, communication skills training, complex symptom management, and health equity. After completing her undergraduate degree at the University of Maryland, Rachel attended medical school at the State University of New York Upstate Medical University. She then went on to a Residency at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine. Rachel then went to the University of Michigan for a Fellowship. Currently, she is part of both the UNC Division of Geriatric Medicine and the UNC Palliative Care & Hospice Program.
