Pranathi Narayanareddy, MD
Second Year Rheumatology Fellow
About
I was born in Bangalore, India and later moved to the Bay Area, California, where I spent my formative years. I returned to India for high school and medical school, ultimately completing my medical education at Kasturba Medical College in Manipal, a coastal college town. Following that, I moved back to the US and completed my internal medicine residency in Philadelphia where I enjoyed experiencing all four seasons which led me to move further down the coast for rheumatology fellowship. I am thrilled to be part of the UNC rheumatology fellowship program and to work with supportive and knowledgeable faculty. In my free time, I love spending time outdoors and am excited about exploring all the hiking trails in the Research Triangle area. I also enjoy trying out new restaurants, experiencing different cuisines, and preparing traditional dishes from various regions of India.
