Bautch, Ph.D., Beverly Long Chapin Distinguished Professor of Biology; Co-Director, UNC McAllister Heart Institute, and Yuchao Jiang, Ph.D., Assistant Professor, Biostatistics & Genetics; Member, Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center, for publishing paper, titled “Single-Cell RNA Sequencing Reveals Endothelial Cell Transcriptome Heterogeneity Under Homeostatic Laminar Flow”, in the journal ATVB.
The work from Dr. Bautch’s Lab team was led by research associate, Ziqing Liu, and uses scRNA analysis to examine transcriptomic vascular heterogeneity. It is their first sc-RNA seq paper!
