Congratulations to the Lab of Boa Kim, Ph.D., a MHI member and Assistant Professor, Department of Pathology and Lab Medicine, Nutrition Obesity Research Center, Lineberger Cancer Center, for publishing method paper, titled “Quantification of Endothelial Fatty Acid Uptake using Fluorescent Fatty Acid Analogs” in the journal jove.
Tanisha Choudhury, a former undergraduate student (who is now a master’s student in Cell Biology and Physiology (CBP) at The University of North Carolina (UNC), contributed to the development of this method as part of her Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship (SURF), supported by the Office for Undergraduate Research at UNC.
