Research Administrator
Grace has been working at the UNC for 17 years. She has extensive experiences in research administration. Before joining the Department of Surgery in the School of Medicine in 2018, Grace was the Grant Manager for the School of Nursing working with business office staff to maintain and improve contract and grants management. At the Department of Surgery, Grace is responsible for the direction and overall management of pre and post-award grant, contract administration and clinical trial financial administration. In addition, Grace also provides leadership for incorporating national best practices into institutional policies and procedures to ensure compliance with agency terms and conditions, as well as university policies. Grace holds a Bachelor of Economics from Nankai University, Tianjin, China. She has also been a member of the Society of Research Administrators International since 2006.
