Nicole graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2000 with a BS in Nursing. She began her career at Princeton Medical Center in New Jersey on a surgical floor for orthopedic and plastic surgery patients. For the next six years, Nicole worked as a home health nurse. After moving to North Carolina in 2007, she continued her nursing career caring for burn patients at the UNC Jaycee Burn Center. She joined the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in January 2010. Nicole takes a special interest in patient education, continuity of care, and wound healing. Nicole is the nurse for Dr. Lynn Damitz.
