About
I always knew I wanted to be a physician because my father was an internist, and he showed me the rewarding and challenging world of caring for people. I always knew that’s what I wanted to do. I care for patients in the way I would want to be treated. I am honest, patient, and I ask them what they want from me. Each person is different and as physicians, we have to be sensitive to who they are and their expectations of us. I am very interested in general surgery, surgical critical care, and quality improvement. I love spending time with my family when I’m not at work. I enjoy being creative through crafts, painting, sculpting, and making things with my children.
