UNC Urology is proud to share that Leslie Donnelly Lorbacher, AGNP, MSN, RN, has been selected as an At-Large Member of the newly formed 2025 Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Advisory Council. Leslie is one of 14 APPs chosen for this leadership opportunity, further highlighting her dedication to advancing the role of APPs across UNC Health.
The APP Advisory Council plays a vital role in supporting the APP Center at UNC Health, guiding strategic initiatives related to credentialing, privileging, competency, education, compliance, and the overall consistency of APP-led patient services within UNC Hospitals and the UNC School of Medicine. The council’s work ensures that APPs across disciplines are well-supported and empowered to provide high-quality care.
Leslie’s selection for this leadership position is a testament to her commitment to excellence, collaboration, and advocacy for APPs within the health system. In addition to her clinical work in Urology, Leslie has long been recognized for her exceptional leadership—most recently receiving the UNC Health APP Excellence Award for Excellence in Leadership in 2024.
