UNC Urology is pleased to announce that Ashley-Marie Y. Green-Lott, MD, Capt, USAF, has matched into our 2026–2027 Endourology/Minimally-Invasive Surgery Fellowship.
Currently a PGY-5 urology resident at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, Dr. Green-Lott brings a wealth of clinical experience, research dedication, and service to her fellowship training in Chapel Hill. A graduate of the Uniformed Services University, she serves as a Captain in the United States Air Force and has consistently distinguished herself through leadership in both academic and military settings.
Dr. Green-Lott’s research portfolio includes nationally recognized work on military exposures and prostate cancer, supported by both an HH Lee Research Resident Grant and a grant from the Association of VA Surgeons. Her presentations have been featured at high-profile venues including the American Urological Association (AUA) Annual Meeting and the American and Japanese Urologic Association Symposium. She has authored publications in journals such as Urology Practice, Journal of Clinical Urology, and Military Medicine, covering topics from Agent Orange exposure to rare urologic cancers.
A committed educator and community servant, Dr. Green-Lott has volunteered with ZERO Prostate Cancer, Food for All DC, and the Foundation for International Medical Relief of Children. Her professional memberships include the American Urological Association and the Student National Medical Association, and she has served in multiple leadership roles throughout her medical and military training.
