The Whitehead Curriculum Committee (WCC) meets once a month to discuss issues that pertain to the curricula of the four years at UNC SOM. Student WMS representatives meet with the administration and the faculty chairs of the Course Directors’ Committees for the preclinical and clinical years to inform the group of potential challenges of the curriculum and ways to overcome them. WCC is the setting for students, faculty and administration to discuss ideas relevant to our constantly evolving curriculum.
