Our lab’s manuscript on early life adversity and chronic posttraumatic pain was accepted for publication in PAIN.

Congratulations to Dr. Lauren McKibben, Alice Woolard, Ying Zhao, Jacqueline Mickelson, and Taanvii Verma from our lab for acceptance of their paper entitled “Early life adversity increases risk for chronic posttraumatic pain, data from humans and rodents” in PAIN, January 2025.

Dr. McKibben submits three first-author papers in the last four months.

Dr. Lauren McKibben has recently submitted three manuscripts that are now available on medRxiv and bioRxiv servers. The Linnstaedt Lab is a proud collaborator on the Disentangle project, a study focused on identifying differences in traumatic brain injury and neuropsychiatric outcomes of trauma exposure.  Both Dr. McKibben and Erica Branham presented their recent data related to this ongoing study.
