Solomon Eshun is a PhD student in Biostatistics at UNC. He holds a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Mines and Technology, Ghana, and an M.S. in Applied Statistics and Data Science from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. Solomon is interested in statistical methods for evaluating treatments in observational studies and clinical trials, accounting for patient variability and protocol differences. He is also interested in modeling infectious disease dynamics to simulate disease spread and assess control strategies.
