What We Do
The North Carolina Postsecondary Education Alliance (NCPSEA) works to expand postsecondary education options for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in North Carolina by providing support for new program development and the ongoing success of current programs.

Technical Assistance
Contact us with questions or technical assistance needs:
Anna Ward is the former Director of the Scholars with Diverse Abilities Program at Appalachian State University (2013 to 2020) and currently provides leadership for the NCPSEA. She provides technical assistance on the navigation of university/college processes, development of policies, campus inclusion, and family/parent/caregiver relationships.
Dr. Kelly Kelley is the Director of the University Participant (UP) Program at Western Carolina University. She provides technical assistance for Think College with an emphasis on program development and improvement, campus living, college academic access, peer mentors, admissions processes, and accreditation.
Lisa Pluff is the Director of the Integrative Community Studies Program at UNC Greensboro. She provides technical assistance for Think College with an emphasis on partnerships with non-profit organizations, Medicaid funding, IHE approved credentials, and program operations.
