ORT is excited to welcome Kara Clisso
ld as the new Associate Director of ORT.
Kara comes to us after six years in the Histology Research Core Facility in the Department of Cell Biology and Physiology and she received her B.S. from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College and her M.A. from Wake Forest University. Her roles will include aiding cores in the rate review process, organizing quarterly core director meetings and CFAC meetings, begin metrics collection and tracking, working to serve as an advocate for a broad variety fo core needs, and serve as a point-of-contact for cores needing help with advertising, website development, user satisfaction surveys, and more.
