Salary

– UNC Residency Salaries (effective July 1, 2026) by year of training:

PGY2 – $70,282.80

PGY3 – $72,826.95

PGY4 – $76,258.35

Vacation

• Three weeks (defined as 15 Monday-Friday days) of paid vacation is provided annually.

• • Vacation time must be used within the academic year to which it applies.
