Lauren Gorstein (she/they) served as a Training Specialist within the Department of Emergency Medicine at UNC-CH. Her research interests focus on the prehospital care of pediatrics and improving emergency medical response to intimate partner violence, sexual assault, and psychiatric emergencies. Lauren is also an MPH student at UNC-CH with a concentration in Health Behavior. In their free time, Lauren enjoys gardening, hiking, and searching for the best coffee & donut shops in North Carolina.
