Leadership Coaching

Lead the Way by focusing on faculty and staff growth, development, and overall experience, professionally and personally, to train the next generation of health care leaders. Career mobility and learning and educational opportunities are a priority.
What is Leadership Coaching?
Coaching at UNC Health comes from the perspective that every faculty and staff member is a leader; that we are all leading collectively within our teams and leading ourselves. This leadership perspective aligns with our organizational value of Leading the Way.
Leadership coaching is an experiential process that involves a partnership between a coach and leader. It is a thought-provoking and creative process designed to maximize potential and address the specific goals and intended outcomes of the leader. To learn more please review the content below.
Before requesting a coach, it is required that you view the recorded Information Session on what leadership coaching is and how UNC Health is building a coaching culture.
