Are you looking to further understand how to cultivate relationships with your faculty and staff? Would having a well-known model to take a more comprehensive approach to your interactions support your journey?
Offered by the Center for Faculty Excellence (CFE) and intended for experienced leaders or past participants of CFE programming.

Program Description: Leaders develop and build skills by increasing self-awareness and understanding how to adapt to others’ differences. This seminar will offer an introduction to further develop how to effectively build relationships by reviewing Emotional Intelligence (EQ); Covey’s 7 Habits of Effective Leaders.
Leadership EQ and Covey’s 7 Habits Learning Objectives:
– Begin to understand the model of EQ (Emotional Intelligence)
– Learn to apply a few key practices to enhance your EQ
– Gain an overview of Steven Covey’s 7 Habits of Effective Leaders
– Determine one or two habits to focus upon and continue your development
