Well-Being Showcase Activities
There will be a multitude of happenings, below are some events specifically cultivated for our SOM Faculty, employees, staff as well as trainees that we hope you will plan to attend.

Well-Being Panel Discussion –
Well-Being: Burnout is a Symptom of A Challenged System – A discussion of system change efforts from multiple perspectives
Three Chief Well-being Officers visiting from various esteemed healthcare and academic institutions will engage in a meaningful dialogue as we discuss the concept of impacting meaningful system changes to move the needle and improve the culture of well-being while promoting a professionally fulling work environment.
Dr. Nadia Charguia, who oversees the Well-Being program for our healthcare system as well as FALD will moderate a conversation between the following invited guests:

Well-Being Leadership Development Workshops
A series of workshops will be offered to cultivate one’s understanding of the well-being landscape and how to be an impactful leader in this space.
Topics will include making the case for well-being efforts, leading local change, building trust with senior leaders and others.
May 7th – 5-7 pm: Roper Hall Lobby (no registration required)
Wine and Cheese Mixer – an evening to support community and connection amongst us

Well-Being Grand Rounds –
Mind of Medicine: Managing Cognitive Load to Enhance Care (for self as well as those we care for)
