Biographical Information
Dr. Gwynne attended medical school at Nova Southeastern University, and then completed his residency at UNC Family Medicine. He is an Associate Professor and Medical Director for UNC Health Alliance. Gwynne is interested in new models of healthcare delivery in the primary care setting, transitions of care between health care settings, quality improvement and innovative models of care within the Patient Centered Medical Home.
