Biographical Information

Megan Faber is a Research Project Manager in the UNC Department of Family Medicine. She received her MPH from the Department of Maternal and Child Health at the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Vermont. As a researcher with the Tobacco Prevention and Evaluation Program, she oversees the North Carolinians for a Tobacco-Free Generation social media campaign and supports additional research and evaluation projects that work to prevent early initiation of youth tobacco use.

Areas of Interest

Megan Faber has a strong interest in serving youth and their families, promoting health and wellbeing across the lifespan. She is also interested in leveraging platforms such as social media to enact public health change.
