Biographical Information

Olivia Ritchie grew up in Columbus, Ohio, before venturing down to North Carolina for undergraduate and medical school at Davidson College and Wake Forest School of Medicine, respectively. She finished her medical training back in the Midwest at the University of Michigan, where she completed residency and a fellowship in Academic Family Medicine. She is thrilled to be returning to North Carolina and to be a part of a vibrant learning community at UNC. She is particularly passionate about medical education and training. She is also becoming board-certified in Obesity Medicine and is looking forward to providing comprehensive weight navigation to patients. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her spirited daughter, dog, and husband doing anything outside.
