Biographical Information
Dr. Lahlou grew up in Virginia and went to college at the University of Virginia. She moved south to attend the UNC School of Medicine and School of Public Health. Afterward, she completed her residency in family medicine and worked on the faculty at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, Oregon. She made her way back to UNC Family Medicine in 2019. In her spare time, Dr. Lahlou enjoys spending time with family and friends, cycling, practicing yoga, and working on her family farm.
Areas of Interest
Dr. Lahlou enjoys working with patients of all ages in the context of their family and community. Her clinical interests include care for people with developmental disabilities throughout the lifespan, gender affirming care, addiction medicine, and women’s health.
