Juhi Salunke is a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill with a B.S in Biochemistry with a minor in Neuroscience from 2023. In her undergraduate work, she was involved in biochemistry research on the molecular mechanisms underlying DNA damage repair at the Erie Lab.  

Juhi is a Social/Clinical Research assistant for the UNC School of Medicine in the Department of Genetics. In this position, she is working as a coordinator for the Community Research Board (CRB) and Community Engagement and Education Committee (CEECo) under the Age-Based Genomic Screening (ABGS) Project. Additionally, she is coordinating the Partnership Working Group (PWG) and FDA Regulation Work Group (FDAWG) under the Clinical Genomic Resource (ClinGen).
