Orla and two other SPHS doctoral students had their project proposal funded through the UNC Graduate School’s Leadership Development Scholars Program. In Spring 2021, they will facilitate group readings and discussions with graduate students and faculty through their program, “Understanding and Promoting Racial Equity in Health Sciences”.
