ANNOUNCEMENT: WE ARE OPEN! LEARN ABOUT OUR SAFETY PROTOCOLS AND CURBSIDE SERVICES
From the Director

Welcome to the UNC Hearing and Communication Center. I am so glad you found us! Having been born with a hearing loss, I have first-hand experience with the challenges living with a hearing loss can present. I also know the right provider can make all the difference in the world.
When I became an audiologist, my desire was to be a part of a clinic that provided total solutions for people with hearing loss and didn’t just sell hearing aids. Contrary to public perception, hearing aids alone do not solve communication problems. Knowing this, our team offers individualized care and evaluates your unique personal situation to develop a customized treatment plan, of which hearing aids may be a part. As a university clinic, we naturally incorporate the latest research into our practice protocols. It’s a win-win for our patients, but don’t just take my word for it, check out our patient stories.
Our clinic is also committed to making hearing care accessible and affordable. We truly have a solution for every budget. Browse our webpage to learn more and then call to schedule your comprehensive evaluation. I believe we do better hearing BEST! We look forward to working with you.
