NHF Nurse of the Year: Brenda Nielsen!
Brenda Nielsen, RN won the National Hemophilia Foundation’s Nurse of the Year award this weekend at their annual Bleeding Disorders Conference in Houston, Tx. We are so proud of her and she deserves this award! Congratulations, Brenda!!!

Henry DeArcia, child life specialist who works in the Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Clinic, was given the UNC Rehabilitation Service Line the 2022 “Unsung Hero Award.” Congratulations, Henry!! Thank you for all you do for our patients.

Baby Announcement!
Nurse Elise had her baby this week!!! Everyone is well and we are so excited for the new addition to her family and to ours!! She plans to be back in the spring and looks forward to seeing you all then! Congratulations Nurse Elise!!!!
