Erika graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology. Prior to relocating to North Carolina, she was employed with a non-profit organization for over a decade in central Iowa, honing skills in healthcare operations and management. Her interests include traveling, spending time with friends and family, and spending time with her cat and two dogs.
