Kristy Lee is a Certified Genetic Counselor and Associate Professor in the Department of Genetics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Ms. Lee received her undergraduate degree from North Carolina State University and a Masters degree in Genetic Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She specializes in genetic counseling for patients and their families with bleeding disorders and the visually impaired. Her research interests involve examining the effectiveness and implementation of whole genome/exome analyzes and novel gene discovery for coagulopathies and retinal dystrophies.
