Dr. Raj Kasthuri is Associate Professor of Medicine in the Division of Hematology and Oncology and is the Director of the UNC HHT Center of Excellence. Dr. Kasthuri earned his medical degree from the Kasturba Medical College in India. He completed his fellowship in Hematology and Medical Oncology at the University of Minnesota. He is a member of the UNC Hemophilia and Thrombosis Center and the UNC McAllister Heart Institute. Dr. Kasthuri’s clinical and research interests are in bleeding and clotting disorders, and HHT.
