Beckie Fenner is a Patient Services Manager III at UNC Health Hillsborough Campus, where she leads unit-, campus-, and system-wide quality improvement initiatives. Her work centers on quality improvement strategy, frontline staff development, and the implementation of evidence-based practices in medical-surgical and geriatric populations. As a trained Kaizen Coach, Beckie applies Lean and continuous improvement methodologies to optimize processes, enhance patient outcomes, and empower frontline teams.

Beckie holds an Associate Degree in Nursing from Durham Technical Community College, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration from Western Governors University. She began her career at UNC Health as a nursing assistant in 2014 and became a registered nurse in 2019. Beckie has presented her work at institutional and national conferences and is passionate about leveraging evidence-based practices and quality improvement methodologies to advance healthcare delivery.
