Dr. Christine Dao Gladman is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Division of General Medicine & Epidemiology at UNC Chapel Hill. She currently serves as Interim Vice Chief of Clinical Operations and previously spent several years as Medical Director of the UNC Internal Medicine Clinic at Eastowne. She is also a Medical Director for Quality Improvement with the UNC Health Alliance, partnering with primary care and specialty groups across the UNC Health Care system to improve quality in ambulatory and inpatient settings and to strengthen care transitions.

Dr. Gladman’s career integrates clinical care, operational leadership, and quality improvement, with a focus on optimizing outpatient systems, enhancing population health, and strengthening team-based care. Her scholarly work spans clinical quality improvement, healthcare utilization, and chronic disease management. She is a dedicated educator serving as a resident clinic team lead, preceptor for the Community based Primary Care Clerkship, and mentor to learners and faculty, promoting patient centered, data informed care redesign.
