Dan Lehman, joined UNC Hospitals in 1994 and has held various leadership roles, including Associate Director of Planning and Program Development, Administrative Director of Cardiac Services and Wellness, Associate VP Operations and now serves as Vice President of Operations, Professional and Support Services. His responsibilities have spanned strategic and facility planning, certificate of need, facility operations/construction and numerous support services functions including environmental and nutrition services, supply chain, medical engineering, Hospitals Police, Emergency Management along with the administrative fellowship and internship programs.
Dan holds degrees from The Ohio State University and Cornell University and is certified as a Six Sigma Blue Belt. He has worked at several hospitals, including Ohio State University, Riverside Methodist, Johns Hopkins, and Danville Regional Medical Center. He is active in community organizations, currently serving as President of The Charles House Association Board and is a member of and past-Board Chair of the Chamber for a Greater Chapel Hill Carrboro.
