Jennifer Woody, is Associate Director of Advanced Practice Provider Professional Development at UNC Health, where she leads initiatives in quality improvement, professional development, mentorship, and clinician well-being. She maintains a clinical practice in the Department of Orthopaedics and is a TeamSTEPPS Master Trainer.
Outside of UNC Health, Ms. Woody serves as Chair of the Clinician Executives’ Committee for the American College of Healthcare Executives Triangle and Eastern North Carolina Chapter. Her professional interests include applying quality improvement strategies and fostering interprofessional collaboration to enhance outpatient operational efficiency and to improve patient and healthcare team member experience and outcomes.
