Kelly Devine serves as a Patient Services Manager with over 16 years of nursing experience and a strong background in oncology care. Her commitment to improving patient experiences inspired her to complete Yellow Belt, Purple Belt, and A3 Thinking training, leading to both system-wide and unit-based quality improvement initiatives. Transitioning to Imaging Services, Kelly now focuses on advancing quality, safety, and compliance through the analysis of SAFE reports and the facilitation of interdisciplinary improvement projects. As a TeamSTEPPS Master Trainer, she supports a culture of communication and collaboration by integrating safety and teamwork principles into VIR Morbidity, Mortality, and Improvement conferences.
