Lisa M. Hall serves as the Executive Director for UNC Health Risk Management. Lisa oversees UNC Health’s owned entities’ risk management programs, strategies, and patient safety event reporting systems. Lisa regularly speaks at national and local risk management conferences. Prior to joining UNC Health, Lisa was Director of Risk Management and Associate General Counsel for CMC Healthcare System and adjunct professor New Hampshire’s ABA accredited Legal Nurse Consultant Program. As CMC Healthcare’s Associate General Counsel and Risk Director, Lisa oversaw all risk management and litigation matters. Lisa has more than 25 years working in the healthcare, legal, and risk settings.
