Tracie Green is Project Coordinator with the Institute for Healthcare Quality Improvement at UNC Health. She manages the Physician Engagement in Quality and Safety (PEQS) program and Maintenance of Certification (MOC) Part IV activities, supporting physicians and project teams in advancing quality and safety initiatives across the system. With a background in Business Management and Human Resources, Tracie brings expertise in project coordination, process improvement, and operational planning. A Lean Kaizen Coach, she applies structured improvement methods to strengthen workflows, promote collaboration, and drive measurable results. Known for her strong leadership and communication skills, Tracie also serves as Communications Coordinator for the Building Organizational Leadership Development (BOLD) Teammate Resource Group, where she leads strategies that foster engagement, connection, and professional growth across UNC Health.
