Zeliha  has extensive experience in critical care nursing across acute care settings, including cardiac and medical intensive care units. Throughout her career, she has served in multiple leadership and clinical roles, including lung transplant coordinator and educator. Currently, she serves as the Chest Pain Center Coordinator at UNC Hospitals, where she is responsible for maintaining ACC accreditation and managing quality improvement metrics for patients with acute coronary syndrome.

Zeliha has led several ICU quality initiatives focused on infection control, cardiac education, and nursing onboarding. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Saint John University in Rochester, NY and a Master Nursing Degree specializing in Clinical Nurse Leadership (CNL) from Queens University in Charlotte, NC. Zeliha is also a Certified Critical Care Nurse (CCRN) committed to advancing cardiovascular care and clinical excellence.
